The mission of ION is to preserve and create quality housing for members and future members of the community by refurbishing local houses and providing home ownership opportunities.

  • Find a house

    Purchase or take ownership of a vacant house in the VIllage in need of repair.

  • Renovate it

    All hands on deck to renovate the house using local labor and materials.

  • Sell restored house

    Find a buyer for the newly renovated house, increasing occupancy in the Village.

  • Start again!

    Use the proceeds from the sale of the first house to restore another house in need….
